Scope, purposes and legal basis of processing
It is not possible to create a user account on our website and we do not use a contact form or comment systems. Instead, we allow you to contact us via email. By using this option, you provide us with your personal data: your e-mail address and other data that you include in the body of your message.
We process your data for the purpose of contacting you and for archival purposes (archiving of correspondence). The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(c) RODO), your consent, which you give by sending us a message and expecting a reply (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), or taking action at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).

Data processors and recipients
Your data may be transferred to entities providing services to us, such as IT service
providers, hosting, mailing systems or accounting firms.

Period of retention of personal data
Your personal data will be processed for as long as there is a legal and factual basis for doing so, in particular until the expiry of the limitation period for civil law claims or the period during which we are obliged by law to store the data, or the period during which we may incur legal consequences for non-performance or improper performance of obligations incumbent on us or the duration of proceedings initiated in this respect. Some data may be processed for longer, for archival, analytical or statistical purposes.

Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or
restriction of processing and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data
portability. If the processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the RODO), you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.

The scope of your rights and the cases in which you can exercise them are set out in the
law, in particular Article 15 et seq. of the RODO. In any case, we will consider the legitimacy of your request or objection and respond to it in accordance with the law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection
Authority if you consider that the processing of your data violates the applicable legislation.

Server logs
In addition, when you use our website, we collect and analyse data resulting from system
logs. The logs record every request made to the server. This includes information such as
the IP address, date and time of the server, information about the operating system and
browser you are using. The logs help us to administer the site and are not passed on to third parties. The logs are not used to identify you, as they are not attributed to specific users of the site.
